Місцерозташування, наявність паркування для авто. Готель петс френдлі, хоч ми і подорожували без тварин, проте це важлива перевага готелю.

Шумоізоляція відсутня від слова зовсім. Чутно сусідів, шум з вулиці. Рушники та постіль потребують оновлення, бо вже досить зношені.
