"Horrible and bad staff and place"

Location is good . Restaurant downstairs makes the things handy

Very rude reception staff . I booked this room for our driver .Had to wait for long to see the receptionist to get the key since he was having his dinner. Attitude of the guy ( elderly man ) was very frustrating! Such a bad experience never ever will book again nor recommend any . Room given upstairs was too hot requested several times to change the room which never happened.

"Little typical to stay with family"

The rooms are spacious and the location is good to access Anna Nagar and nearby areas. Good food is available downstairs at Shree Balaji Bhavan and transport facility including metro is good

The furniture is old and broken parts are not replaced. The washroom was 2 stairs up which was risky especially while coming out of wash room. Water pressure in toilet flush was low. Rooms not maintained properly but they said the renovation is going on.
