The food was really good and the room was hygienic and the location was just amazing.We really enjoyed our time at Jeenmount Heritage boutique hotel.

We didn't like the service of the hotel.

the description about property at booking.com does not match the reality.

it was not clean. sheets were not washed. the reception person was extremely rude and rowdy.

Close to the conference location in Hotel Marriott and near the airport. Heritage building. Homely. Indian. The building had been designed. Not boxes piled up on one another.

They did not manage coconut 🥥 for the salad for 3 days. Poha's preparation was awful. Service boys need to be trained. The towels' quality is inferior. In future, I will carry my own towel and hand towel.
