Everything was exceptional

I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. When I needed to go to the airport, they kindly called a taxi for me. After arriving at the airport, I realized I had accidentally left my phone in the taxi. I immediately called the hotel, and they handled the situation amazingly fast. They contacted the driver right away and arranged for him to return with my phone. I’m extremely grateful for their quick help and professionalism. Thanks to them, I got my phone back without any stress. I truly appreciate their support and excellent service. The only downside is that the area around the hotel didn’t feel like the best or nicest neighborhood, but the service from the staff definitely made up for it. Highly recommended!
