MYWe booked 3days 2nights. First night when we're going to take shower there's no hot water, which should be checked beforehand before we unpack everything and ready for a rest, then we were forced to change to another room and repack our luggage again. Then at midnight roughly around 2/3am our door bell started to ring on its own, when we were awake by the doorbell and had a look, there's no one outside the door, but the doorbell kept ringing, we were so scared and thought the hotel is haunted and just trying to go back to sleep, the door bell kept ringing until the next day morning around 8am and we only asked the receptionist to ask someone to come up and fix it, but just thinking of why the door bell will be spoilt during that time, not sure if it's really haunted but i'll leave it to your imagination.. We're planning to check out the next day but because of the whole day event we have the next day and we didn't manage to have time to check out and move in to another hotel so we just stay for the 2nd night as planned initially... For cleanliness, there's hair on the towel and the lamp of the bathroom is blinking a little like it's going to spoilt soon... Size is good as we booked for the biggest suite.. We spent about RM1k for two nights for the suite, but the experience was so bad for 1st night and we told the receptionist before we checked out, but we didn't get any apologies and partial refund, I hope management can improve on these issue and hopefully others didn't get to experience this like we did..
SGRoom is spacious
- Very disappointed with the stay as the toilet showers is not in good condition and I need to hold the shower head when I'm bathing. - corridors are warm and stuffy. - will no go back again.
