Older decor.

Excellent location near (100 m) center of Nis. Very polite staff, thank you very much for the hospitality! Breakfast was several configurations on menu, maybe because it is a low season. It was our second time in this hotel and definitely will come back again on next trips to Nis.

One of rooms (I booked two) need renovation and actually I noticed a process of replacement of A/C units on some rooms. Furniture also needs renovation.

The room is good sized with furniture that is comfortable and fitting. Room was clean and staff are very friendly and helpful. It's close enough to everything. This room was well with the price paid.

The hotel is old and needs refurbishment

Well located on the main walking street, easy flat 10 minute walk to the bus station. Very nice helpful staff, excellent breakfast and service in the restaurant.

Room was in very poor condition, the carpet was literally threadbare, kettle was really dirty (though the rest of the room was clean), cracked tiles in bathroom, dodgy door lock, bed and pillow were not comfortable for me. It wasn’t expensive, but was still overpriced for the low standard of the room.
