Nothing. The staff was brash arrogant impudent. And I have suffered whole night because of them

Their behaviour. They initially said we have cancelled your booking though I haven't got any mail regarding cancellation.Then their conceit behaviour. Nobody would stay there. if this is how they treat their guest then I am that much disappointed I can curse them to hell 😞
