Bed sheets and linen not found clean

Hotel denied our booking and the amt i paid said it will be refunded and later they completed the stay asking for feedback.. we havent stayed here manager stated they removed hotel from booking. Com and nothing is booked for us even though i paid. Pathetic staff and worst hospitatlity, they should be banned as a hotel

The facilities were nice

- I checked in at night at 1am and they called me at 8 in the morning to offer tea or coffee (of course, not for free), but anyway it’s very early for such a call. - they didn’t get confirmation of my reservation

Staff behavior was not good. Hotel manager demands extra money at the time of check out and also does blackmailing for not paying 😑

3rd class hotel . I suggest you to search for another hotel, your personal security is zero in this hotel. Bedsheets are dirty. Rooms are smelling. 😖 Washrooms not clean. Most and important Hidden camera installed in room by hotel staff 😔

Location is next to the bus stand.

I spent 40 minutes to check in, because the staff didn’t get my reservation. No towels And they woke me up at 8 o’clock by call, I checked in very late though
