Cleanliness, appliances not working, smoking smell, cockroaches, bedsheets stained, curtains heavily stained, limited hours room service, shady location late night.

Please don't book this stay, if you do payment though Oyo they will deny your booking and ask for extra to pay...one star for this

I was denied the accommodation even with customer confirmed booking . It was late night in Ooty and very hard to find another hotel.

We like the location, room service was quick and efficient, the room is spacious, bed was comfortable and the staffs were helpful.
