Many bugs, uncomfortable bedding, no iron, terrible neighborhood

Honestly only some staff members. I could manage, that there were employees waiting for me as I arrived at 4am in the morning. thank you very much for that! :-)

The location especially. I didn’t feel safe as a female solo traveler. I traveled to South America as well as South Africa before, but in this specific area called Paharganj I didn’t feel safe. Especially when it was dark outside :-( Although the district is centrally located, this location is worse :-( Also the hotel didn’t look nice as on the pictures. Quite run-down :-( My room didn’t have any window. The bathroom, especially the shower, didn’t look so welcoming. They didn’t clean my room in 4 nights of staying. I don’t expect a proper clean, only looking after amenities or replacing them as well as emptying the trash can.

Location was good. Room was spacious. Staff did assist where they could.

Rooms though are nice can do with a little more tlc. Curtains are falling off. Not a fan of wet showers especially when the whole bathroom gets wet. Second night did have ants in the bathroom.
