Rooms were allotted to us at 2:30 PM where as our preferred checkin tike was 10 AM even though we made a visit at the resort at 11:30 AM and they said it will take them 30 min to get our rooms ready but they took 3 hours after that Room's AC was broken and there was no remote to control the AC, also it was leaking water in the room.

Dirty washrooms, used bedcover ,dirty mat in washroom, and staff is below average specially on reception the guy was rude ..and only one staff in the night ..
