We had a really great stay at this property. From the moment we arrived, everything felt comfortable and well organized. The place was very clean, spacious, and exactly as described in the listing. The room was well maintained, with a comfortable bed and good facilities. Housekeeping did a great job, and we always felt relaxed after a long day. The staff were one of the highlights of our stay. Everyone was friendly, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. They made us feel welcome and taken care of throughout our visit. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to nearby areas and transport. It made moving around simple and stress free. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations. It offered great value for money, comfort, and excellent service. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily book here again. Highly recommended.

Quiet, good location near the beach, mostly helpful staff, though you need to be proactive in finding out who does what. Fresh pool towels are provided. Room cleaned daily, fresh towels and bedclothes. Plenty space for a couple. Pizza and breakfast were both fine. They don't sell beer but you can use their fridges to keep yours cool, which is a nice compromise.

They charged us the full price of our stay as soon as we arrived, instead of at the end. It makes you feel like they don't trust you, even though the booking is guaranteed by Booking.com. The laundry service costs $1 per item, including underwear! (it's $8 for 5kg if you bring your stuff to a local independent laundry service). We calculated it would have cost us $49 extra to use MEMs laundry service. They tried to charge $50 us for a taxi service from Stone Town, which is at least $10 more than the normal rate I found. That's a 20% charge for making a phone call to a driver. It seems needlessly greedy. There's no shade for any of the pool loungers: I saw several people try to enjoy them but they had to give up cos the sun is very strong for a lot of the day. The pool loungers are a bit old and really need new cushions because they are squished, dirty and torn at the seams. They charge you extra for water but don't tell you until the last day that it's not included in the daily charge, like other places. Not a big charge but still they should tell you it's not included in initial charge, and keep you aware that they're running a tab. Shower water smelt like sulphur, but I don't know if that was a MEM problem or a Paje problem. No point in complaining cos they had already charged us on Day 1. Unlikely to reverse any charges.

friendly staff, close to the beach, but does not have direct access, clean room. They provided us with a baby cot free of charge as well as additional pillows and covers. Due to the power cuts, water issues and cranky kids, the staff did not push for us to check out exactly on time. i.e. gave us some additional time to wrap up, pack our bags and calmly leave

The water supply cuts off every time the power goes away. The restaurant charges an additional fee for card payments, which has higher exchange rates when paying in TZS. The breakfast option is very, very limited. The pool was not frequently cleaned.

absolutely everything about this hotel. The food was amazing, the rooms were always spotlessly clean, and the whole atmosphere made it feel like home. The staff were truly wonderful, but we would especially like to mention Lilly at the reception. She always greeted us with a smile, was incredibly caring, and made us feel welcome every single day. Thanks to her – and the rest of the team – our stay became something truly special. This is a hotel we will carry in our hearts and happily return to.

Вежливый персонал и просто супер замечательные хозяева. Малейшие люди. Удобное расположение отеля, 2 минуты от моря, по красивой благоустроенной территории. Собственный бассейн, достаточно большой. Замечательное кафе, мы там и обедали и ужинали. Очень вкусно. И не дорого.

Locatie is een stuk uit het centrum maar als je over het strand loopt ben je daar in 10/15 minuten. Toen wij er waren was het heel rustig en leek het een beetje uitgestorven.
