The chair in the room was stained’there we’re damp patches on the wall and the sheets were not clean

Location is near to the VAC Chennai (5mins walk), this is the only positive thing with this property

Not satisfied with the customer support and communication management. At the time of booking I clearly mentioned my chekin timing (between 5-6AM) as it is too early to checkin and out of normal checkin hours specified by the property. I hope those requests are visible to property. I didn't receive any communication other than booking confirmation at that time. So, I thought that early checkin is fine with the property. But, after 24hr of long flight journey along with family including kids on checkin day, reception staff simply said that early chekin is not possible and there are no other rooms available to accommodate us until checkin time. When I asked for the early checkin note I mentioned while booking their reply is, it is booking site problem not property management's. I struggled for an hour to hour and half to locate another hotel to checkin until this property specified checkin time. If I would have told that the early checkin is not possible, I could have blocked it for an extra day.

Not clean. Floors were dirty. Breakfast was good. But overall, not worth the price
