Room rent is very high and not worth it.There are so many other good hotels nearby for cheaper rates.

At the reception was Manikandan with another staff, very helpful, extremely polite, charming . Making everything easy & welcoming once you put a foot on the property. Also they get you all kind of info about anything, cabs, tours , etc. Room very clean and big. Peace and quiet.

Only thing is my room was breakfast included and is next door the restaurant but is local food so my advice is to have a choice of continental breakfast (toast,cornflakes, juices) we are not used to such a rich and spicy food in the mornings.

Rooms very clean. Great showers. Although near the bus station it was quiet.

The fact that there are no breakfast facilties is a negative for me. You have to go next door to a restaurant with limited options.

Almost nothing

The place is very poorly done up. Poor service. For small things like water they took 1 hour. No in house restaurant or dining facility. Food is got from nearby hotels. No self facility. And food is available only till 9 pm.

Customer service was terrific. The rooms were comfortable and clean. It was not close to where we needed to be every day, but they helped us arrange the taxi for a fair price. Breakfast was amazing.

We asked for rooms with one full bed, but no rooms were available when we arrived, so my husband and I ended up sleeping in two twin beds. Although breakfast was very good, it was always the same, and we would like to try more variety of food.

Window opens right into the next building hardly 10 meters away. Zero view, unless you like to look into othe people's balcony.
