Dirty rooms, staff calling you at any given time after checkout.

Very nice and clean property.Very good and helpful staff. Rooms needa some maintainence also solar water is not hot during winters so absence of geyser is an issue.

One big issue is Oyo, the property send you link for partial or full payment.When tried to validate using number Oyo picked up and said booking.com is fraud and we will book this room for you and offer higher price.I had to cancel edtra booking with oyo and somehow got priperties number they said to pay on site.

no complaints, hotel delivered on its promise for the price.

the stay was horrible as we were out the whole day for our friends marriage and would come at night just for sleep. But the hotel staff sitting at the reception was super rude he was trying to charge us for water bottles which the hotels keep in the room for the guest and that's free. the tea cups in which the tea was severed seems not to being washed since ages. we had paid for the breakfast during the booking with Booking.Com however the breakfast was denied saying they didn't receive any information from booking.com i don't understand how's that possible, they charged the whole amount with breakfast and only the breakfast details did not travel to them... utter nonsense. I asked for my refund they said booking.com will give back the money. I would request Booking.Com to please check if these are fake ratings and reviews shared through your portal.
