Hotel O Hennagara Rd Bommasandara

No power for 3 hours in the mid night till 3AM and in spite of multiple ask, there was no response. At 3AM they switched on the generator. No water from midnight till 8AM as no power and motor didn't worked on DC power. Finally the power came around 7AM and they were not able to fill the over head tank since the pipe was damaged couple of days back. Knowingly they allowed check in and it was a horrible experience. Luckyly one of the staff fixed the pipe and we got water at 8AM

The location was very good. Had an excellent stay. Comfortable clean room. Nice place, the bathroom was spacious and well-appointed. The bed was soft, the pillows were fluffy.
