Hotel Nandanvan Annexe

Close to station Hotel and Rooms were clean Staff very co-operative

Should keep kettle in the room for hot water and making tea

The location was very peaceful and yet not far from a crowded street. Rooms were neat and spacious. Could house 2 more persons if it is allowed. TV had Tata Play connected so entertainment was not a problem (I never felt like asking for WIFI)

Car parking was good but it's approach road needs an expert to maneuver the vehicle into the parking lot. But they had good security personnel who guided us through with ease. Plug point needs to be maintained as some of the points were very loose and incapable of charging the mobiles

Calm and clean surroundings

Room and especially bathroom fitments and fixtures need maintenance and urgent upgrade. Restaurant facilities needed.

Previously I had stayed in Hotel Nandanvan for 2 persons and for 1800 got much better room with complimentary breakfast. As the location is suitable and in the heart of the city, we prefer staying there. Though there was nothing to like this time around, other than the location.

We had stayed 3 more times previously, in the last 6 to 8 months, paid 1800 and got better room, complimentary breakfast (2 people). This time also we paid 1800, but we booked through Booking.com and got a worser room, bad quality washroom and no complimentary breakfast. When we asked for breakfast we were told we have to pay 448 for 2, and that for bread, butter, jam, upma and coffee/tea is abysmally high. Neither reception was cordial nor the housekeeping staff. It seemed as the hotel always gets good amount of guests, they do not care about customer satisfaction at all. Our room was 319.
