The restaurant staff needs training on customer service. They were staring at us when we were eating

Pros: great food/restaurant, beautiful pool, friendliness of the staff, location, room was perfectly fine too for the price. Beautiful grounds/balcony. Staff very helpful with luggage/making sure cleaning was done when I was out. I loved sitting on the terrace, and their amazing breakfasts. Seriously go for the breakfast.

Timeliness of the staff was an issue--no followups on requests half the time. They did eventually get back to me like a day later. Also, the fact that they don't take foreign cards to reserve is a bit absurd esp on booking.com. Not sure if they want foreign guests at this point, which is fair enough. Spa is not existent/not staffed when I went. Kept offering in room massages but no follow up. The paid wifi is really bad. I complained multiple times, nobody had any answers except the network is down at the weekends. While this may be the case, it should be on them to have additional routers/wifi support for people who are paying for the wifi. For the western prices this place is charging, its got a long way to go.

Breakfast had less options and southindian dishes were not authentic.

The reception staff were very rude, unsmiling and non helpful. the place is not fit for people having mobility issues. steep stairs no lifts . The wheelchair was very bad .
