I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Puno. The room was incredibly quiet and peaceful — exactly what I needed for a great night’s sleep. I honestly didn’t hear a thing throughout the night. The staff were impeccable from beginning to end, always treating me with kindness and respect. They went out of their way to help me with practical things as well, including arranging taxis and helping me find where to exchange or withdraw local money, which made my stay so much easier. I truly felt well looked after and would happily stay here again.
