ארוחת בוקר טעימה, צוות מאוד נחמד ואדיב, המיטה והחדר היו מאוד נוחים.

כמו בהרבה מקומות בפרו, לא היו מים חמים במקלחת.

Clean and comfortable room. Hot water in the shower. Very helpful and kind staff. Breakfast was good. Great location - very central.

The room was quite cold - they did give thick blankets on the bed but perhaps a heater in the room would be good.

Accueil chaleureux, douche avec de l'eau chaude, petit déjeuner avec des oeufs, banane, pain confiture (bien que simple mais au vu du prix, c'était très bien)

Peut-être qu'un sèche-cheveux pourrait être disponible à la réception et j'ai eu froid malgré les couches d'habits.

The receptionist can give you warm sack for bed if it is too cold outside. She offered it to me and I slept very grest. Room was cozy. Just a heater would be great.

The breakfast could be bettervin amount of food. Was very basic.

La atención del personal. Me recibieron a las 4.30am y pudieron acomodarme en una habitación a esa hora para no esperar. Excelente atención! Muy buena ubicación, a cuadras del lago y zona céntrica.

No es que no me haya gustado pero si hay que tener en cuenta que solo se accede a las habitaciones por escaleras.
