When I was stay here 1 night then 2nd morning I see my bike fuel stolen some one when I call coustomer care to check parking area who is do that work then he tell that sr thare are no cc tv camera I'm sorry I can't check it

Don't fall for this trap. This is not a good stay to live in. Don't get me wrong here. Nothing too bad but the money you pay can be paid somewhere else. A better stay. The best thing about this stay is the staff. They are friendly and helpful. And this may be the only good thing about this stay. Another good thing is the food. Which they serve from a restaurant on the ground floor. The hotel does not operate the restaurant but again the food was 2.5/5.

The pictures of the room are taken using wide-angle lenses to make them appear bigger but in reality, they are much smaller. I have attached the photo for your judgment. You can't even put your luggage. All the space is taken by the bed alone. The bathroom is almost 60% the size of the bedroom which is hilarious given the room is very small. The services are okay. Their Wifi is pathetic. There is no great view from the room. The location too is towards Mesra which is far from the main area of Ranchi. Again, I didn't like Ranchi as a city, and I don't know if all the hotels are like this one in the given range. My advice, get a better option if you find one. This stay is not horrible but passable according to me and I fail to understand how has this garnered 4.5 stars on Google Maps. Somewhere between 3-3.5 would have been okay. Ciao.!
