Only the room

The behaviour of the staff were not friendly . They asked me to sit at the lobby for 10 minutes before I got into the room.No towel and toiletries were not provided even after asking two times. The TV remote was not working properly, so I had to call to fix it. No restaurant is available at the hotel. Tea or Coffee is available only from 8.00am onwards, not before that. My experience at the hotel is very depressing.

- Moderately priced - Decent location

- Room service was horrible. - bathroom was dirty. - half the amenities listed in the website were not provided. - had to request for every little thing that’s supposed to be provided even without request. - sometimes, the product is not even provided even after request. - food were barely passable.

Worst property and worst staff ever experienced. Booked hotel well in advance with confirmed booking status but did not the room with a lame excuse that all rooms are booked and you can contact booking. Com for refund and we are not responsible for any bookings through booking.com. BOTH BOOKING.COM AND FAB HOTEL ARE TERRIBLE
