The views, really good restsurant, very nice, warm, friendly staff :)

Excellent staff both dining room and housekeeping. Food good but a bit on the spicy side. Housekeeping staff led by Sally efficient and courteous. Sally herself is an excellent leader.

When we arrived we were not offered a welcome drink or even a glass of water. Straight off asked to clear payment.

Hotel is located some distance from Munnar so you need a car or you are pretty isolated and reliant on taxis. Views are amazing from one side of the hotel grounds. Bedrooms finished to good standard. Staff in restaurant very helpful.

Booking was a worry as hotel messaged demanding a 25% deposit or they would let the room. Given we were 4 hours away this created anxiety. They also said they would only take cash but then when we were there produced a card machine. Man on reception is pretty grumpy. Our first room had NO view, well it had a view of a building. We asked to move and second night was better. Hotel is not really finished, there was no working spa. Infinity pool is nice but there is no view from the pool. Looks at a row of trees. I wouldn't visit this hotel again ad it's too hit and miss as to room you get. Most rooms 'share' lounge and balcony with another room. It's a very bizarre set up. Shame as the location in the mountains is very good.
