Hard mattress. The only TV channel in English was the free Republic channel. There was a puddle around my ankles after a shower as the drainage was poor

Women's safety is a major concern at a brand like Sarovar. The hotel and it's staff is not bothered about a women's safety at their premises. They were not even sorry for what had happened at their premises. Anyone can misbehave at the hotel and no one takes responsibility or accountability .

Coffee and location of the hotel was good

I stayed at this hotel for two days and the experience was that much worse from the management. 1. From the reception it's always rude behaviour. Paying for the service and then again facing this kind of behaviour is very unfortunate. 2. Housekeeping. There are a few guys who are doing housekeeping service. The way they stare at LADIES is completely wrong and makes them INSECURE even with family. I would suggest the management has to give them some training sessions on how to behave with female guests in a good manner. 3. I LOST/STOLEN my HELMET in the hotel parking area. I checked with a security guard. He was completely unaware of the situation and I went to the reception. I faced that much IGNORANCE AND RUDENESS. I contacted the Hotel manager. I felt the security guard was much better than him to speak. No idea what he was saying also. A below-average lodge is much better than this by all means. I will never choose this hotel again and *NOT RECOMMEND* anybody who is coming with family. It's showing a 4-star hotel. But the quality is like a below-average lodge from all areas. *I give them 0/10.*
