The person who is there on reception is very aggressive & he don’t even know how to talk with the guest his behaviour was very rude. And also while doing checkin he was telling us you need to pay extra money apart form the booking amount was charged to us & he also stated then only we he will allow us to stay there otherwise go to other hotel. I will never ever recommend this property to anyone of you to stay there & I also request booking.com to take a strict action on them. Disgusting service & hospitality.
