As a minus, I would note the slightly shabby appearance of the hotel and the need for renovation in some parts

Мястото е добро. Хотелът е сравнително нов и чист.

Хотелът е много скромен откъм обзавеждане. Не заслужава 4 звезди.

Хотелът е топ локация, приветлив персонал.

Не се отварят прозорците, по-точно те са заключени и климатикът не работи.

The room was pretty good as well the location.

Very strange and loud noise from outside (most probably from air compressor) which start every 15 min all night long. Poor breakfast. For this money should have at least normal juice.
