Congratulations to the owners of this wonderful hotel!
From the very first moment, you can see the care, love and dedication with which it has been created, as well as the genuine attention given to the guests. The facilities are excellent and everything is spotlessly clean, with great attention to detail. The restaurant set in the beautiful garden is a true highlight, offering outstanding food. We tried lamb chops, beef liver and beef burgers — all absolutely delicious, of top quality and beautifully presented. Special congratulations are also due for the excellent training of the staff. In all areas — restaurant service, reception and housekeeping — everyone was polite, helpful and highly professional, truly giving their best. Thank you very much for the wonderful hospitality. We will definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again! ---

Bathroom. Shower. Very substandard. All across my life

Am fost ajutati sa gasim cazare in alta parte.. la aceeasi bani si la 200 m de hotelul Crystal,deoarece s-a produs o neintelegere cu rezervarea(fiind de vina cei de la hotel)Multumim de ajutor!

Nu in legatura cu Hotel Crystal… ci cu celalalt hotel unde am fost redirectionati… in camera hotelului respectiv a fost extrem de frig, nu mergea nici caloriferul, nici aerul conditionat… iar micul dejun a fost prost! Pacat ca s- a produs greseala cu rezervarea si nu am ramas la Hotel Crystal.. unde este impecabil ca si cazare!

Hotel foarte curat,camere mari ,moderne ,cu finisaje noi si de mult bun gust! Parcare gratuita in fata hotelului. Mic dejun bun, cu cafea foaarte buna. Restaurantul hotelului exceptional, mancare foarte buna si selectie de vinuri buna! Personalul foarte amabil… ne- au ajutat in legatura cu o problema cu cazarea!!!

Dusul din baie era direct deasupra chiuvetei .. din lipsa de spatiu… dar nu era o mare problema☺️, tinand cont de restul camerei care a fost impecabila!!!!!
