This is not a hotel it’s a swamp This is the most disgusting place I have ever been to, if I could give them 0 starts I would they don’t pick up the phone the place is filthy and old nothing works no air conditioner no towels and no breakfast I was supposed to stay there for two night I called it quits in 6 hours The staff was friendly the view i great but as a hotel the roadway motels are way better this is not a 4star hotel it’s a 0 at best. I’m not the kind to complain but it was that bad I wouldn’t recommend it to any one

pretty much nothing, except for the location (given how small the city is, you can't go wrong with picking a location for a hotel anyways)

pretty much all of it. The pool is NOT private! you WILL end up swimming with strangers who paid for a ticket to get into the pool! The Staff was the weirdest ever! don't even know how they function! so strange, very off-putting vibes! The hotel smelled like a dead cat! the room was so small and dirty! the toilet was NOT functioning properly! and there was no hot water.

poor value for money. a choice of only 2 items on menu (lamb tagine or veg tagine). No soft drink to purchase (coke only). beds hard and the cheapest of cheap blanket (x 1 blanket only). 1 small towel for 2 people. stayed 2 nights and bed was not made or room / bathroom cleaned after arrival - bed left unmade. no clean towel etc. No sun loungers (not even 1) on the first night when we could not order from restaurant (only 2 items avail) they kindly offered to get us a pizza - which was MORE than DOUBLE what we saw the next day. breakfast very poor - . Also safi itself is not a great place - so polluted. I have no idea how this place got four stars? the staff were friendly and the pool was lovely but other than that no ways!

Someone was trying to break into my room around 4am lucky I left My key in the lock. It was a scary experience
