I booked rooms in that hotel in oyo and it said the booking was confirmed. Still the hotel didn't agree and we had to pay more money for the rooms. Such an inconvenience it was and irresponsible from their side.

nothing and worst

they didn’t allow to check in saying they didn’t care about booking.com and didn’t accept the booking after reaching the property
