The staff is outstanding. Special mention to Pawan - what a nice boy. Exquisite service. The chef is class apart. He's so good and keen to listen to their customers about their food requests. Must try Phadi food by the chef. Highly recommended.

No hot water in Room 105, even after 2 hours of complaint a meaningful solution was not provided. I had also informed booking.com customer service and they could not reach out to the property as the mobile number on record did not respond
