"Never choose oyo in Hyderabad location. It’s worst to the core."

Didn’t like anything

It was a worst stay ever from OYO. I would never prefer oyo from now on. There was no room service, no water bottles provided, flush wasn’t working. And tv was also of no use as service mam came back that setup box is spoiled. We were asked to change 3 rooms in a day. But there was no use as each room had a problem in one or the other way. Also contacted OYO customer service 4 times who promised to provide the best room but didn’t find any change.

There was nothing to like apart from staff,it was not the hotel, it was booking.com, really not happy with booking .com. there was no response no poc to contact

Booking.com,hotel guys took 200/- extra , no breakfast Whom to contact Hotel people asked to contact booking Com whatever we ask
