Hotel Shradha Saburi Palace

The location of this hotel is very good. Close to the main Sai Temple. There are many restaurants available near to the hotel. The services of this hotel is very poor. The photos mislead the size of the room. We stayed at the suite room still its not big enough to accommodate a family of 2 adults and 2 small kids. rooms have poor ventilation, not maintained, bathrooms are no clean and the list goes on. For every services one of us had to go to the reception n request for it since the intercom is just a showpiece. Overall not a value for money hotel. Don't book this hotel

It was one of the most pathetic experience we had in our life. Visiting a pilgrimage place and then fighting and quarrelling will spoil your purpose. We have booked 2 AC room which they claimed is the best suite they have . There were lot of unpleasant encounters we had in the best room offered by the hotel. 1. In all the bad experience worst one was that "You can be thrown out at anytime even if its mid night". I have booked AC room where AC was not working. When asked, staff was also not able to start it at all. They were trying to fix it till 11 45 pm - 12 am in the morning. Manager in the evening has lot of attitude and no talent to handle guests. Later, we contacted owner for the same issue. He said to his staff that ask them to check-out if they have so much problem. Then manager was asking for the same. "Either you checkout right now or you make payment for whole stay right now at midnight". I was with my parents and they were expecting us to check out at mid night. Manager was constantly asking me to leave the room. We were about to call the police and this is when they relaxed a bit. 2. Bad water facility. We asked for hot water by 8 30 pm and we have recieved it at 10 pm after numerous calls and that too with lot of attitude shown by evening's manager. As per them lukewarm water is good enough in cold weather. They have sonar geyser facility which they claim to give 24 hrs but it will be not used until you force them to start. 3. In case in evening after darshan you are at hotel and want to watch some show. Sorry ! You can use only free channels and can't use any other basic channels. If you will insist for that you might get 2 channels of your own. Owner is very disrespectful and so 4. Lack of cleanliness and bad bathroom hygiene. Hence a BIG NO for this hotel.

Good hotel close to the temple gate no 3. Pet friendly too, had taken our dog along, overall had good stay. Very difficult to find pet friendly hotels in Shirdi. Food too is good. Parking is limited though for around four cars. Market is close by and lots of eating options are available.

I have stayed at this hotel with excellent services and also provided me with family very good quality of lunch & dinner food in hotel restaurant. Very nice room with clean and hygienic bathroom also .. As given below snapshots

This was out fourth visit to this hotel.. Booked two rooms for two days... The hotel has detirorated badly... 1- dirty bedsheets 2- washroom bucket and mugs all muddy 3- commode had stained and not washed for ages 4- tv not working 5- ac hardly cools the room and get auto shut every now and then 6- food options very limited and you have to wait ages for room service We changed the room thinking that it would have been and one off rooms however the situation in the changed room was even more pathetic... Since we had paid advance thinking its our regular stay option we had no choice but to continue our stay... But will never make the mistake of going here again future...

Considering the room tariff this hotel is good. Just walking distance from the shrine of Shri Sai Baba. Staff is courteous. Its Restaurant food is excellent. They require an improvement in cleanliness and Linen.

Since shirdi being a holy shrine of Shri Sai Baba and frequently visited by tourists..there are not many places which offers a pet friendly stay. Its a bit of task to find this hotel. But they will assist you with the directions if needed. This hotel offers a good pet friedly stay. The room was very clean. Parking is available. Good place for a 2 day stay if you visit with your pet or without. The staff was friendly. The food from their restaurant was ok.

The hotel is located around 15 minutes walk which will lead to Gate 3.Staffs are pleasant courteous and helpful. The breakfast provided had many varieties and tasted wonderful.Although vehicle parking was limited the staff managed and guided the parking well.All around a good hotel to stay for family with abit of walking distance to Baba Mandir.

Hotel staff is very coprative , very near to temple , very neat and clean room. Restaurant is very good and clean. Food quality is very good. Best stay for a family in shirdi . We will visit next time and also recommend for other to.
