HOTEL ASHRAY INTERNATIONAL, SION - Near BKC

The staff is friendly and very helpful. The place is clean that you can even walk barefoot like the personnel customarily do it. You're not far from BKC, one of the business area of Mumbai. The manager provided me with all the addresses I needed for shopping. I felt at home with their warm welcome.

I couldn't get a SIM card during my stay. Telecom companies ask for an Indian sponsor, they need a local sim number and few other things the hotel couldn't provide, unlike other colleagues in other hotels. Sion, the area where the hotel is located is a bit poorer, but safe by the way.

Clean, tidy and excellent staff. We had a very pleasant stay for the entire duration of our trip. Will definitely go back if we visit the city again.

As per the category, the hotel is good in every way. Nice and clean rooms, staff good and helpful, food was good and location is good . Would like to point out that , as mentioned in their website, few amenities were not there in the room ( toiletries, coffee - tea sachets, fridge , iron board etc.) Had to ask for it.
