everything from checkin to checkout. Friendly staff. Clean hotel. Good room service and laundry at reasonable services

Their wifi password expires every 24 hours. I have to go down and get a new one. It will be great if I have one password from the time I check-in to checkout

location. but its not near BKC. BKC is in Bandra (East)

Nothing, The hotel staff attitude and behavior extremely poor

The hotel staff attitude and behavior is extremely poor. When we checked in, they told us to cancel the booking.com and book directly from them. We told we will loose more than Rs. 5000/- to booking.com. They tried to convince us to book directly from them. We did not agree, we continued with our booking. com booking. No running hot water in the bath room, no coffee or tea bags in the room, only one kettle was kept. We will never book this hotel again. Arrogant attitude from the staff, specifically front office. We are upset and unhappy about the hotel. No sufficient toiletries in the bathroom. This is congested space, no much space in the reception. There is no lobby in the hotel. We did not take any pictures better booking.com check the hotels facilities.

Location and cleanliness very good. Staff was very helpful and courteous, and room service was prompt. Convenient for work and leisure being central in Mumbai

Traffic noise through the windows esp at night and early morning. Not sure if there can be something done with windows
