Hotel O Blooms residency

The room was good and spacious for 2 people. I like the facilities of hot water as we didn't have to speak with multiple people to get hot water for the bath.

The basic facilities like keeping towels, tissues roll in the bathroom, plates and cutlery were not available. We had to ask for each item separately. These arrangements could have been better.

Not clean, walls were broken

Rooms were not clean even the pillow and sheets

Decent setup for a couple of days... Staff was good and responsive 👍🏻

I requested for an early check in while by booking (ie, by 10am) but we reached by 10:20 but they charged me extra and they don't provide water or kettle inside the room.Fan was too noisy and feels like it will fell on your head

Demanded extra cash during check in despite full payment already completed

Thank you for the great service and hospitality. The place was decent. I had a comfortable stay, service was good, room was nice clean.

Cleanliness maintaining nicely and Staff was very good and corporate.Spacious room The linens were clean. Bathroom was neat and clean
