The staff were great, location is quiet. The room was clean and the food home cooked.

The first morning when I was up early for a sunrise boat trip not only was there no hot water, but we also ran out of water altogether. After I complained & was insistent on having access to water they let us use a room downstairs to get ready. The next night, our power went out for 5-10 seconds about every 15-30 minutes for hours. It was Holy, so it may not have been their fault.

Staff is really good.

Property is a bit far from major attractions.

The cleanness was really good, one of the stand named Mr. Yaya was really friendly.

It's not at all value for money the rooms are too small and congested, the food is below average, paying such a hefty amount its not all worth it. Tariffs are too high for a three-star hotel

The rooms, the linen, and towel were clean and there was a neatness in the room.

The geyser capacity is too small, it's not sufficient even for one person. It's better to have a bigger capacity geyser and allow its use during winter only, a small geyser doesn't serve the purpose it's a waste.
