Staff were all very polite, friendly and nice. Reception staff were able to speak fairly well English. It was quiet and we really enjoyed ourselves playing table tennis and basketball there at night because sunsets around 6 pm and there's nothing much to do at night in the area. Water in shower is strong and hot, it was great. The room size is spacious, and the toilet bowl was clean.

I am afraid of lizards, luckily there wasn't any in the rooms. But there are some really big ones along the reception area and outside the restaurant on the walls. Cleanliness is ok, but there are areas in the room that are dusty still. Some towels are also abit old and had some stains/marks.

The weather was excellent. The location was easy to reach. They have little garden that was good for children.

The shower was leaking.

Hot onzen, it's really hot and comforting. The hot water is so nice but the place not. The staff also very nice and helpful.

The onzen place are not well maintained. It has thick moss on its floor, and the surrounding is dark. We asked for the lights to be turn on, but they ignore.The shower outside doesn't work. It really downgrading our expectation.
