The staff were so, so helpful. Trang and Phuong in particular were absolutely excellent, both of these young women helped me very much. I would definitely stay at the Pink Lotus again.

staff are super friendly. location is right in the center of all the tourist activities and the walking street with restaurants and cafes

cleanliness. overall worn down. i understand that price is quite affordable but i’ve stayed at much better hotels in vietnam for the same amount and still rated those 6-8. can’t put more than 5 relatively to it hair everywhere. long hair on the bed. shaving remainders from previous guests in the bathroom (the whole sink was literally covered with 1 cm black hair)

I had a truly lovely stay at this hotel. A huge thank you goes to the two receptionists, Trang and Phuong. Both are incredibly warm-hearted and perfectly suited for their roles – their friendly smiles and positive attitude made me feel welcome and right at home immediately. The breakfast was a real highlight: very generous and diverse. You could choose multiple dishes and drinks from a menu. Renting a scooter was also very easy and the price was absolutely fair. Regarding the room: My bathroom did get quite hot during the day, but with the AC and the fan, it was easy to cool down quickly. The water pressure on the 5th floor wasn't always optimal, but that didn't bother me personally. I wish these two lovely girls nothing but the best for their future! I’m especially crossing my fingers for Phuong and her final exam tonight – you’re going to rock it! 🚀

Hotel consigliatissimo a partire dal personale sempre pronto ad assisterti con un sorriso e tanta gentilezza. Nei miei giorni al Pink Lotus Hotel mi sono proprio sentita in famiglia. Camera pulitissima e pensata al dettaglio. Colazione buonissima. Non posso che consigliarlo e sarà la mia scelta quando tornerò ad Hue. Un grazie particolare a Trang per la sua gentilezza ed avermi accompagnato a vedere le bellezze della città. Grazie di tutto e alla prossima :)
