"Good location"

Very central. Price was ok.

Church bells go off every 15 minutes and a lengthy toll on the hour. Difficult to sleep. When weather is hot it’s worse when you open the windows. A quirk of Ulm.

i have a problem getting my money back. the Hotel was paid via bookings.com and then they also charged me again on departure. i am battling to get my money back for the second payment.
