"You are not entitled to the day spa when booking through Booking.com."

We booked through Booking.com and it says we're entitled to the Day Spa. But when I asked the employee, she informed me that those who book through Booking.com aren't entitled to the services. Only those who book directly on the website are. This left me totally disappointed, as I was celebrating my one-month wedding anniversary with my husband.

"We really enjoyed our stay. It was restful and calm. We had beautiful walks around the grounds."

The breakfast was perfect and it was nice to be served at the table. Starter of fruit juice and fruit was excellent followed by mushrooms on sourdough toast along with a pot of tea. Delightful!

The place in general needed a bit of refreshing.

"Loved it, had a great time."

Loved the location. My room was small but excellent value for money. Lovely bathroom and shower.

It would be good to have a blind to draw so you don't need to draw the heavy curtains all the time. The ground floor room had a beautiful view but felt a little exposed
