Super Townhouse Hotel O Benchmark

we didn't stay there because we were so mesmerized with the facilities we received at door

I booked this hotel from Booking.com and my friend booked it from OYO. we reached Indore railway station at 6am and property owner asked me to call him back at 8am he will tell us about the early check in we waited till 9:30am and stood by his entrance till 10am for check in we wanted room with 4 sharing he said that he have a 1500 room with good space we decided to book directly in 1500 for each and was ready to cancel our booking from OYO. We checked the room and came downstairs and he told that the room will be vacant by 11am. As we were standing there since 8am we thought to wait more and suddenly he said that he can't give us this room as the couple who were staying have extended the stay. We were so angry and left the property as it was totally time waste and cancelled the booking from OYO. Later when we checked in with some other nearby hotel he called me to ask that room is available as I made booking from Booking.com but we refused to take the room. Total waste and bad property and owner no ventilation in rooms and toilet seats are very dirty. Rooms have dirt all over in window and under the bed very unhygienic.

Location

Room was uncleaned,poor service,staff irresponsible.they charged 100 for 1 glass milk which was very expensive and was not worth it.

I don't recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Very bad for family
