Amabilité et serviabilité du personnel. Localisation. Emplacement du petit-déjeuner et du dîner. Offre du déjeuner. Qualité de la nourriture proposée. La qualité des cocktails au bar (mais dépendante de la personne préposée) Transats toujours disponibles. Piscines au calme. Informations complètes via QR code.

Emplacement de la chambre (derrière le bar) parfois problématique lorsque les animations durent. Circulation des chariots des femmes de ménage dès 07:00 Approvisionnement en nouvelles serviettes de bain pas garanti à chaque demande (Obligé de demander l'apport correct 2 fois) Nettoyage correct de la chambre pas assuré tous les jours. L'offre des buffets matin et soir est large mais varie très très peu d'un jour à l'autre. La mauvaise qualité de la connexion internet qui ne permet pas une utilisation optimale du site local via QR code. Comportement pas toujours approprié du maître-nageur qui vire vite fait quelques serviettes de plage dès 10:25 mais en laisse d'autres non utilisées pendant des heures... L'accès à des "invités" d'occupants devrait être plus réglementée (le vendredi 3 octobre, 6 personnes extérieures ont fait pas mal de bruit à "la Pergola" puis ont gêné l'accès à la piscine principale et plus tard, le soir, ont bruyamment gâché le concert de "Rafi".

Lovation, big room, clean, extra 2 pool towels that can be exchanged daily

Smell in the room, the hotel guests were elderly people in the age 70plus, which is great but should be stated on the hotel webpage. Besides, having buffer breakfast was not pleasant, while waitress were always around you waiting you to finish your meal to take it off. People need to feel not stress when sitting and having breakfast, and should have as much time as needed for that

"Ein hübsches ruhiges Hotel mit gutem Service."

Der Service und die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter waren perfekt. Unser Zimmer war hübsch und praktisch eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig und das Buffett am Abend ebenfalls. Die Größe des Hotels und die Lage waren angenehm . Der Innenhof mit Poollandschaft war ruhig und ohne Animation. Sehr gut war auch dass keine Liegestuhlbelegung geduldet wurde und auf angemessene Kleidung beim Abendessen geachtet wurde.

Eine Bettdecke für 2 Personen, keine Parkmöglichkeit vor dem Hotel (am Wochenende).
