Overall, the hotel has a fairly good location, situated right by the main road. Despite the cool atmosphere of Batu and the relatively busy surroundings, it still offers a comfortable resort-style stay. The lobby and guest rooms are spacious, with high ceilings that create an open and pleasant ambiance—more than adequate for a hotel of this level.

However, the main concern lies in the cleanliness of the room, which was very disappointing. While the public areas such as corridors, café, restaurant, pool, and general surroundings are wide and appear generally clean, the room itself was not well maintained. I found several strands of hair both on the bathroom floor and inside the room, which clearly indicates poor housekeeping standards. The towels provided were also not acceptable—they appeared worn out, with darkened color and frayed edges, and should not be presented to guests in such condition. Additionally, the room and bathroom amenities were minimal and poorly presented. The tray used for amenities looked outdated and worn. The toilet flush was leaking, causing water to spill continuously after use. The jet shower holder was loose and unclean, and overall, the bathroom condition was far from satisfactory. Even the tissue holder appeared as if it had not been properly cleaned for a long time. In summary, while the hotel looks good from the outside and offers spacious facilities, the cleanliness of the room is seriously concerning and needs immediate attention.

old hotel that was not well maintained. most i didn't like was the bed mattress smells bad, human body sweat

the breakfast is quite nice, simple yet its tasty. the bed is quite comfy, hot water works well and the ac also works well. Hope it can improve for better as it is endemic now, tons of groups came at the same timing.

However the maintenance is very poor, the door is not working well, sliding door to the balcony unable to close properly. the balcony was flooded, bathtub was also not clean. Understand that the hotel might just recovered from pandemic, hence the maintenance might be delayed. but overall experience was ok,
