No breakfast included, bought a coffee and pastry in the Wissenschaftszentrum cafe

There is no 24 hour desk, instead a code box with the key. My entrance, number 3, was a bit difficult to find.

Good price for a good accommodation

Good location. Comfortable basic accommodation priced well. Excellent shower

Where do I start? The location, no lift (you have to drag suitcases up the stairs!), no staff to help

Comfortable room, very clean. Access instructions nice and clear. Good facilities for the price and friendly, polite staff at the reception.

Instructions for checkout could be made clearer - not obvious if key should be handed back to reception (or deposited in another location). Some English language printed information would also be useful for international guests. Feels somewhat "remote" and anonymous upon arrival, as no other guests were encountered; maybe some welcoming signage would help create a warmer atmosphere.
