The room was right above the smoking area There fore we did not get to sleep until 3am The smell of smoke and the noise The room was thread bare the bed very uncomfortable. The whole place needs work

Notthing supplied by hotel to comment. Informed no food in hotel for that week.

The bed was well past its sell by date. Extremely uncomfortable with the springs almost coming through the cover. This caused us to curtail our stay early. Given the impression hotel fully booked for sray.. Shower requires updating very awkward to get good temperature and water pressure. Sink basin obviously blocked as water took a long time to drain away.0

It was quiet, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The crown is a very old coaching inn with natural beams and is warm and inviting. Staff are pleasant.

They don't provide evening meals or breakfast weekdays.. Only at weekends. The bathroom is exceptionally tiny.
