Location and staff behavior is good. Room is new is quite spacious.

Cleanliness. Dust all over the place (except floor). They didn't clean the bathroom properly, instead they put all the trash in the window above inside the bathroom itself (including hairs). The blanket had a big stain of someone's vomit, I believe. It was disgusting. When calling the reception, it didn't ring after 10:30 PM. We were there for 12 hours only to spend the night and had these many bad experiences. Over and above, we had to leave early in the morning and there was no water in the taps.

Location and cordiality of the staff.

There was no in house kitchen. Tea or breakfast can't be served before 8 AM. The room was not cleaned in the two days stay.
