"Einmal und nie wieder."

Die Zimmerausstattung war in Ordnung. Die Betten hatten gute Matrazen.

Die Zimmerreinigung war oberflächlich und erfolgte nur alle drei Tage. Die Nutzung der Aufzüge, gerade in den oberen Etagen, erforderte teilweise viel Gedult. Das die Kapseln für die Kaffeemaschine selber überteuert nachgekaut werden müssen war für mich sehr enttäuschend. Die Organisation des Frühstücks ist verbesserungswürdig, ebenso wie die Lautstärke.

Nach 3 Tagen die erste Reinigung fand ich nicht gut! Überall Sand im Zimmer und Handtücher schon schmutzig

Die Zimmer waren modern und die Betten waren bequem.

Das Essen hatte allenfalls 3 Sterne. Zu wenig Auswahl beim Frühstück. Nur abgepackter Käse (3 Sorten) und Wurst. Das Schwimmbad ist viel zu klein. Die Umgebung bietet leider sehr wenig. Das Personal an der Rezeption war teilweise sehr ungepflegt, macht keinen guten Eindruck. Für das bezahlte Geld und die erwarteten 4 Sterne, absolut keine Empfehlung.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter an Rezeption und Guest-Relation. Zügiger check-in trotz zahlreicher, gleichzeitig anreisender Gäste. Komfortables, stilvoll eingerichtetes, großes Zimmer mit Bad, sep. WC. Sehr gut funktionierendes WLAN. Schöner großer Balkon. Obwohl das Hotel m.E. ausgebucht war, fand sich beim Frühstück immer irgendwo ein Tisch. Gut eingespieltes Personal, welches Tische zügig abräumte und vergriffene Speisen am Buffet umgehend nachlegte. Sehr breite Auswahl an Wurst, Käse, Eierspeisen, Müsli etc, frischem Obst, Salaten und Fisch. Guter Kaffee.

Bei einem voll ausbuchten Hotel dieser Größe und mit 12 Etagen wäre es ungewöhnlich, wenn es keine Wartezeiten an den Fahrstühlen geben würde.
