I realised one thing that I should've paid attention to the reviews which I didn't. And that was a big mistake... I came here just to meet my brother who's working here. But the hotel denied entry of any outsiders... They charged him Rs.100 per hour. He was here for 5 hrs so Rs.500 gone... I've been to all sorts of hotels, from 5 star to airbnb and even motels but I've never heard any other hotels doing this, like charging money from visitors... They didn't give me my key for my room and whenever I had to go out, I had to ask for my key... The blanket had all sorts of stain on it and the mattress was burnt(possibly from cigarettes)... I even saw a worker dusting the room using the bedsheet, so you can only imagine the hygiene standards here... The room is not soundproof... You could hear the slightest of noise from outside the room... They even had issues with water supply... And even though I said the plus point was the A.C, water started dripping from it in the middle of the night... Bottom-line is that they are focused on making money off the littlest of things and they don't care about customer service at all... Saying "I'm disappointed" would be an understatement... Would never recommend this place to anyone... Some people might ask that why did I even book this place but I had no option left because it was a last minute decision + the photos were deceiving...

Its not family hotel they provides hourly basis rooms to couple without collecting their ID. PLEASE DON'T Suggest any family personal to this hotel. Beaware from fake rating of such type of hotel.

NOTHING IN PARTICULAR.WORST HOTEL OF MY LIFE

1-I paid the entire booking in advance but still the lady in the reception asked me to pay more or leave the hotel.Unfortunately as it was late evening and i was with family and luggage so i had to stay there. 2-WE were given rooms in 4th Floor where there was no lift and it just beside the open staff kitchen.You feel like staying in servant quarter. 3-ENTIRE HOTEL including the reception area was filled with strong cigarete smell.They hardly used any rooms freshner. 4-AC was not working in 1 room ,when i compalined they shifted me to another room in the ground floor where there was no ventilation,ac stopped working here too in the middle of the night.It was a traumatic experience fo me ,my wife and my three year old baby. 5-They made me wait 1 hour for the room shift as they gave this room to lady and boy for for some time.Looking at them and the envirnment one could easily guess that they support prostitution in the hotel.SO FAMILY PLEASE AVOID.
