The staff had to follow us anytime we going to our room because the claimed the key is faulty, so it’s the staff that opens the door for us anytime we need to make movement, the pool isn’t good enough for swimming, the kitchen utensils are not adequate

The size of the bedroom was too small and unrealistic 500 QR down payment, instead introduce pre agreement for guests to sign at the reception that they will pay for any property they damage during their stay, if I had read that policy of 500 I wasn't going to book your hotel but if there's no such polices, guests can just sign their pre entry agreement and enjoy their stay. Then, carry out inspections before guests check out to ensure all is well..my wife was denied entry just because she didn't have 500 down payment and I had to call the manager for something really not necessary!

Location the size of appartment and comfort

The door access card facilty was not working to unlock door we had to call security everytime. That was the only thing rest its value for money location is amazing and staff is very friendly and cooperative.

The room was very comfortable.

They didn’t have an electronic room card to give me, claiming they had a problem, so no matter what time I returned to the hotel, the security had to open my room for me.
