يوجد أزعاج بسبب انشاء مباني بالجوار والعزل غير جيد الاستقبال غير متعاون وأغلبهم لايتحدث العربية كذلك يوجد تأمين ولايد من دفعه كاش لايقبلون الفيزا

Размер и чистоту комнаты. Состояние мебели/кровати. Работу Wi-Fi, кондиционера, техники. Есть ли чай/кофе, халаты, тапочки.

The room space was fine and fit my family well Car parking There was a mini market near the hotel.

The bed is very noisy and uncomfortable. The room cleanliness was not up to the required standard. It is not possible to request any extra bed, nor can you request an iron or any other additional services. The towels are very old and worn out, the carpet is not clean, and there is no restaurant in the hotel. If you have children, you should be cautious, as the windows can be opened very easily and there are no safety screens.

The location is in a close proximity of my needs. They understood my concerns and changed the room after I complained. Also, gave me some refund

Initially they put me in a room with outdated facilitates, the fire alarm went off 3 times in the middle of the night. The smell of the rubbish chute was so annoying. Eventually, they changed the room.
